Junior Setup

Tune the junior circuit without touching code. Changes are saved to this world and the recruiting class regenerates on the next view (the build is cached, so the first load after a change does the work). Determinism holds: the same settings + seed always reproduce the same résumés.

Season

Season weeks
How many abstract weeks the season runs — every recruit plays one event per week. More weeks = more matches & data, slower build. Default 36.
Draw size
Players per single-elim draw at every level. Default 32.
Development years
How much of a recruit's climb is replayed across the junior season (the bloom/plateau arc). Default 1.0.
Doubles weight
Share of best-6 doubles points folded into the combined ranking (ITF CJR uses ¼). Default 0.25.

Tier bands

Each week the field is ranked by running points and sliced into tiers by these cumulative cutoffs — e.g. the top % play Masters, the top % up to the next line play Majors, and so on down. State catches everyone remaining (pinned to 100%).

These are world settings stored alongside the nationality band and active universes. The recruiting board (consensus ability) is unaffected — only the junior circuit (schedule, points, development, doubles) reads them. Cumulative band cutoffs are clamped ascending; State is always 100%.
